Roofing

Dempsey Construction Company served as the General Contractor for this project. 
Permitting, scheduling, deliveries, and subcontractor coordination.
Project consisted of the removal of the existing 3-tab shingles and the installation of new architectural shingles to 5 separate  roof areas as well as the bell tower and steeple.

Restoration to damaged property

Performed as a subcontractor to A&I Fire and Water Restoration. Roof - All metal sheeting and insulation were removed and replaced with new Roof secondary structure - Removed & replaced damaged purlins Removed and replaced all metal sheeting and trim components on the building's façade Boom Truck service for rooftop equipment 2007
